Mallory grew up in an oil and gas family and built her career in the field, from the Bakken to a decade in the Permian Basin. Her commitment to safety is personal, shaped by both experience and loss. “I have seen the risk of not operating safely,” she says, “and I take what we do very seriously. These are dangerous jobs and real people with real families.”

Mallory believes deeply in Veriforce’s mission and in the contractors who power this industry. “We are more than software,” she explains. “We are part of industry. If we can mitigate just one incident, one fatality, I feel we have helped.”

Born and raised in South Louisiana, and the daughter of a 30-year oil and gas veteran, Mallory understands the grit behind the work. She began her career at Veriforce supporting contractors directly, helping them onboard, stay compliant, and grow.

“Those professional relationships became personal,” she says. “We are helping real people with real families come home safely. That purpose is what drives me every day.”

From drilling and production to EH&S training, Diana has done it all across the Mid-Con region. With a family deeply entrenched in energy, including three children working in the industry, Diana’s mission is to build trusted relationships, not just provide software.

Having worked across upstream, midstream, and downstream, Brenda brings a practical understanding of high-risk operations. “People come first,” she says. “This industry is personal to me. My family has lived it, and I’ve worked in it. Supporting the people behind it is a responsibility I take seriously.”

Growing up in Houston, Manal saw firsthand the impact of oil and gas on communities and families. As the first in her family to enter the industry, she brings a people-first approach shaped by perseverance and integrity.

“Behind every hard hat is a family waiting at home,” Manal says. “That’s why safety is personal.” Her experience in the Permian and Delaware basins fuels her passion for using technology to improve safety outcomes and support evolving operations.

Ty’s career began in first aid and safety, where supporting workers in hazardous environments quickly became a calling. Working closely with safety professionals showed him the real impact the right practices can have on lives.

“Safety isn’t just a requirement. It’s a responsibility,” Ty says. “If I can help even one person avoid an injury, then I know I’m doing meaningful work.”
