Frontline Safety Leadership – Train the Trainer – Instructor Led Distance Training (ILDT) – April 15, 2024

This leadership course is designed to educate and equip new supervisors with the tools to manage their responsibilities and role in safety leadership.
This course can be taken by existing supervisors, leaders, and any workers identified as having high potential. This course focuses on the fundamentals of what it means to be a manager and a leader, the progressive role attitude and leadership play in worker safety, and the various skills needed to be an effective supervisor and safety leader.
Frontline Safety Leadership is an 8-hour instructor-led course that utilizes an instructor manual and an interactive PowerPoint to present various topics, activities, discussions, and four interactive videos on attitude, communication, responsibility, and feedback. It also includes a student workbook, which contains various activities, discussion questions, assessments, and reference materials.
