Introduction

Veriforce’s Powered Industrial Trucks (Forklift) Operator Training is a comprehensive two-hour safety course designed to provide forklift operators with the core knowledge needed to work safely, confidently, and in compliance with OSHA requirements. This course covers essential classroom topics including load handling, equipment inspection, stability principles, and hazard awareness as required by 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3).

Whether you’re new to forklift operation or refreshing your understanding of safe practices, this training equips participants to reduce risk, prevent injuries, and enhance workplace safety culture. While this course fulfills the classroom component of OSHA’s forklift training standard, additional employer-led hands-on training is required before operating a forklift. Successful participants will receive a Veriforce ID card reflecting the Veriforce course requirements they have met.
