Core Compliance

Accredited by SafeLandUSA™ and SafeGulf, Core Compliance is a high-intensity three-day course designed to engage students and build knowledge, security, and personal recognition of safety practices and prevention of on-the-job injury and illness. Students learn to recognize, prevent, avoid, and reduce safety and health hazards in the workplace. Core Compliance provides full- or awareness-level classroom instruction.

Refresher Needed: Annually through PEC Core Refresher

Offered in two formats, PEC Core Compliance covers over 40 of the most requested health, safety, and environmental (HSE) topics. Core Compliance meets full training in 29 HSE topics while meeting awareness level in an additional 15 topics. Accredited by both SafeLandUSA™ and SafeGulf, this course has an annual refresher to keep student’s certifications up to date.

Ensure your employees are trained in the safety topics commonly required by owner clients in pre-qualification process and training matrices. Based on accepted industry practices supported and recommended by owner clients, PEC Core Compliance is the most comprehensive and cost-effective way to meet the entry level safety training your customer(s) and regulatory agencies require.

Core Blend eLearning Components: Once the Instructor-led components are completed, the student will be assigned nine (9) online CBT courses within PEC’s eLearning system. The 45-minute courses will cover the following subjects: Hazard Communication; Lockout Tagout; Welding Safety; Occupational Noise; Excavation and Trenching; Forklift Safety; Cranes and Rigging. SafeLandUSA™ and SafeGulf components are Instructor-led.

Upon completion of the course, all students are issued a physical and digital PEC ID card with their name, company name, picture, barcode, and completed course. All students are automatically entered into PEC’s Advanced Training Tracker where your company’s clients and auditors can view proof of employee orientation.
