“The New Designated Employer Representatives (DERs) Training Program is designed to educate company DERs with the knowledge they require to perform their duties effectively as outlined by the Department of Transportation’s (DOTs) regulations for drug and alcohol testing (49 CFR Part 40),” said President of Veriforce, Louie Werderich. “Our main objective is to ensure students leave the course with a clear understanding of what is required of them to perform their role as a DER and meet the DOT requirements and regulations.”
