Raised in an industry family and shaped by personal experiences, including the tragic loss of a close friend, Mallory’s dedication to safety is personal. Her career spans fieldwork in the Bakken and over a decade in the Permian Basin, where she built strong relationships grounded in mutual respect and a commitment to doing things right. “We are more than just a “software solution,” Mallory says, “we are a team of passionate individuals with tenure, industry recognition and expertise. We are a part of industry. After all, industry founded us.”

Born and raised in South Louisiana and the daughter of a 30-year industry veteran, Mallory understands the grit and drive it takes to work in energy. She began her Veriforce journey supporting contractors directly, helping them stay compliant and grow within our network. “Those relationships turned personal,” she says. “Creating safer, stronger workplaces isn’t just part of my job, it’s something I feel deeply connected to. I’m truly honored to play a role in our mission.”

Chandra’s career began in software nearly three decades ago but quickly transitioned to oil and gas, an industry she was born into. With 17 years dedicated to contractor risk management, her mission is clear: “I’ve witnessed the difficult realities of safety incidents, and those experiences have fueled my commitment to preventing injuries and saving lives. Supporting organizations in building safer workplaces isn’t just my profession, it’s my passion.”

Diana Keys, Account Executive (Oklahoma)

From drilling and production to EH&S training, Diana has done it all across the Mid-Con region. With a family deeply entrenched in energy, including three children working in the industry, Diana’s mission is to build trusted relationships, not just provide software. “Creating a safe work environment for my colleagues, friends and family is imperative, which is why I’m at Veriforce, to build trusted relationships, not just provide software.”
