Day 1, Pt 2 – Operator Qualification (Tuesday, June 16, 1:00PM – 4:00PM)
Detailed instruction on CFR 192 & 195 OQ Rule requirements
- Fundamentals of the OQ Rule
- Key safety risks and hazard awareness
- Compliance responsibilities
- Real-world application of standards
- Outcome: Build confidence in managing OQ compliance
Day 2 – Drug & Alcohol (includes DER Certificate) (Wednesday, June 17, 8:30AM – 3:30PM)
Comprehensive training on DOT (PHMSA) Drug & Alcohol requirements (CFR Part 40 & 199)
- Roles of employers, employees & providers
- Testing procedures & compliance reporting
- Outcome: Earn a DER Certificate
Day 3 – Authorized Evaluator (includes Authorized Evaluator designation) (Thursday, June 18, 8:30AM – 3:30PM)
Learn how to assess workforce competency under the OQ Rule and Veriforce framework.
- Covers evaluation methods, documentation, and Veriforce policies
- Outcome: Designation as an Authorized Evaluator
